《岸边相册》/原名:《岸辺のアルバム》
在东京郊外的多摩川沿岸住着一户中产家庭，一家四口人看上去很幸福，实际上也有着各种烦恼。 母亲则子（八千草薫饰）是贤妻良母型的专职主妇，这会儿正因为接到陌生男性的电话而变得心思活络起来； 父亲谦作（杉浦直樹饰）是从名校毕业的上班族，此刻公司正面临倒闭危机； 长女律子（中田喜子饰）是大学生，天资聪慧的她原本也应顺利从大学毕业，但最近一年她一直对家庭封闭内心，她似乎正打算和一位美国男性交往； 儿子繁（国広富之饰）是正在备考大学的高中生，虽然学习上慧根不够，但是个心地善良的好青年。他察觉到了双亲和姐姐的微妙异常，正为此烦恼着……
This series is about a troubled family in suburban Tokyo. The father drinks heavily and ignores the family, leaving his wife feeling neglected. The daughter is dating an American--something not all Japanese families approve of. The son tries to provide emotional support to his mother and sister, but he has problems of his own, such as failing his university entrance exams. An added complication is that the river that flows through their area is threatening to flood.
