Vegucated is a guerrilla-style documentary that follows three meat- and cheese-loving New Yorkers who agree to adopt a vegan diet for six weeks and learn what it's all about. They have no idea that so much more than steak is at stake and that the planet's fate may fall on their plates. Lured by tales of weight lost and health regained, they begin to uncover hidden sides of animal agriculture that make them wonder whether solutions offered in films like Food, Inc. go far enough. Before long, they find themselves risking everything to expose an industry they supported just weeks before. But can their convictions carry them through when times get tough? What about on family vacations fraught with skeptical step-dads, carnivorous cousins, and breakfast buffets? 看到养殖业那段就看不下去了，真的太残忍了，今年开始会内心坚定地做vegan了

其实没有看完 因为到中间农场那段看的心里很堵 虽然看了一半但是已经非常理解为什么有人选择吃素 我应该看完 说不定就能下决心吃素了

三个肉食者的自我救赎
非常有意思的纪录片式的独立电影，看完之后进一步鼓励我成为一个坚定的素食者，我们对于动物的掠夺有时候太暴力了，如果姚明说，没有交易就没有伤害。是不是可以减少我们对于动物生命的摄取。抵制暴力，就从素食开始吧。
为了宣传素食真的是无所不用其极，不过最后的落脚点很好，素食者并不是教条主义，如果和朋友在一起聚餐没有必要逼着朋友也只吃素，聚会时无法避免吃荤就少吃一些，因为这并不会有违成为素食者的初衷。

看完这个就想当vegan，美国的牲畜真是太可怜了，作为牲畜是不被虐待动物法保护的。动物去势不打麻药，小鸡孵出来像筛苹果一样在机器里筛，很多就直接像绞肉一样被毁灭，牛犊公的不是被卖了做veal就是做肉牛，猪被直接扔到开水锅里还挣扎着想出来
自然农业本来跟现代工业化的要求就是矛盾的，不可调和 说起来人一开始也不是大口吃肉 不是吗 我想至少国内的饲养业不是片中反映的那样把家禽牲畜当机器使吧 哪里的月亮都一样
