今天是窦萍93岁的生日，看了她的这部成名作，影片很精彩，很大原因取决于片中一众特色鲜明的演员，少女时期窦萍的可爱和歌声，年轻的Ray Milland，Alice Brady的喜剧表演，影片节奏也很明快，好看。
拆散父亲与后母这种设定相当保守，不过后母只是为了钱也算讲圆满了。人物形象有意思：看到父母破裂、两个姐姐却都恋爱的小女儿在三姐妹中最出彩；Ray Milland也可以是风度翩翩的青年，而不一定是酒鬼或者买凶的丈夫；二女儿的恋爱对象，其外形真是30年代的绝佳代表
很感人 豆餅後來在警察局唱的歌MS是在 《每個星期天》裏唱過啊
