续集设定为五个女孩举办万圣节派对，期间一起观看《惊惧魔瞳》这部电影（在续集里看第一部电影我也是第一次见到，不过第一部的片段出现得太过频繁了，大概有三分之一的时间是第一部的画面），期间有个有魔力的水晶球也在观看，并且附身了那个眼球玩偶，开始猎杀女孩们，结尾只幸存两个女孩，干掉了眼球，但疑惑地凝视着那个水晶球。
