体の弱い夫との日々に鬱屈（うっくつ）したものを感じるあまり、二人の幼なじみの男と浮気をするようになった女。当初は刺激を求めるだけのつもりだった彼女だが、次第に男にのめり込んでいく。やがて彼らは、女の夫が邪魔な存在であると考えて殺害することに。三人で湖を訪れてボートに乗り、夫を突き落として溺死させようとする男と女だが、その矢先ボートが転覆してしまう。男と女だけ岸にたどり着くも、夫が上がってくる様子はない。彼らは湖畔に立つラブホテルに宿泊し、夫の溺死体が発見されるのを待つが……。
